Novo Cinemas Premiere Club Members (the "Members") are subject to the below terms and conditions (the "Terms and conditions") and by signing up to Novo Premiere Club (the "Program"), each Member agrees that he or she has read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Novo Cinemas, may at any time amend, modify or supplement these Terms and Conditions, and continued use of the Site or the special offers made available by Novo Cinemas will constitute the Member acceptance of any such amendment, modification or supplementation.

Membership of Novo Premiere Club is free of charge.
Membership is for individuals 18 years and above only; it cannot be used by individuals who are underage or by companies and other organizations.
Members must provide a unique email address and mobile number. This email address will be used by Novo Cinemas to communicate membership details, information and special offers relating to Novo Premiere Club and Novo Cinemas.
The membership is limited to one membership per person.
If a Member is using his or her membership in a fraudulent way and is failing to comply with the Terms and Conditions, Novo Cinemas has the right to immediately revoke their membership without any notice.
Members can sign up to Novo Premiere Club through Novo cinemas digital platforms (website, mobile app). . Members cannot sign-up at the Cinemas counters.
Membership is valid at all branded Novo Cinemas in Oman(the "Cinemas").
Members will earn points on eligible purchases at Novo Cinemas.
Novo reserves the right to change the eligible purchases from time to time by adding or removing specific items and purchase channels.
Eligible purchases: cinema tickets and food & beverage paid by the customer, both online and at the counters.
The number of points earned on each purchase will vary depending on the value and the nature of the purchase as well as the platform on which the purchase has been made.
Points cannot be transferred or shared between membership accounts.
The member purchasing tickets should attend all the movie sessions for which the tickets have been purchased.
Members will not earn Points on complimentary or free tickets.
To earn points online guests must login with membership details before purchasing tickets. To earn points in the cinema, Members must identify themselves as a Novo Premiere Club Member and scan their Premiere Club e-card located in the customer account section on the Novo Cinemas app or website.
Points will be credited the next day after the movie session for which tickets have been purchased.
Spend points will expire 24 months from the date they have been awarded.
Tier points will expire 12 month from the date they have been awarded.
Members can redeem Points for free movie tickets.
Members are limited to redeeming a maximum of two tickets per transaction using loyalty points.
Points cannot be redeemed for cash or a cash alternative.
The number of points needed to redeem a ticket will vary depending on the session type the Member is redeeming the ticket for.
Points cannot be used to purchase promotional tickets.
Points cannot be used to purchase tickets in conjunction with offers and promotions including but not limited to buy-one-get-one free offers.
Points can be used to redeem free tickets both at Novo Cinemas counters and online. To redeem tickets online guests must login with membership details before purchasing tickets. To redeem tickets in Cinemas, members must identify themselves as a Rewards member and scan their Premiere Club e-card located in the customer account section on the Novo Cinemas app or website.
Points cannot be used to purchase tickets to special screening or live events.
For tickets that have been purchased with points and that have successfully been refunded, points will be credited back into their Premiere Club membership account.
If a purchase for which the Member has received points is cancelled by the member, then points that have been credited to the Member’s account for that purchase will also be cancelled
If a purchase for which the Member has received points is modified by the member, then points that have been credited to the Member’s account for that purchase will be updated accordingly.
Novo Cinemas standard refund and ticket change terms and conditions apply.
Members are defined as active if they have transacted using their membership once in the last 12 months. If not, the membership account becomes inactive. Accounts can be reactivated once they transact again however points will have expired within 24 months of earning.
